My name is Aidan Singletary, I am 21 years old. I grew up in church and had a good understanding of the bible and theology. In my teenage years, I strayed far from God because I did not know Him. In 2022, I was finally taught what it meant to follow God and how to repent of my sins and God changed my heart. I turned toward God and started following Him as my Lord and I asked Him to show me the way. I got involved with VSM shortly after through a weekly bible study as I sought to grow closer in my understanding of God. Earlier this year, I graduated from a three month school called the School of Foundation and Identity (S.O.F.I.).

After that beautiful season of instruction, I participated in VSM’s Summer Internship where I was able to encourage and minister to many kids and families through Surf Camps, Skate Camps, The Hub, and a landscaping route. I am now on staff at VSM as a full time volunteer.

Currently, my primary focus is to learn how to live as a child born unto God in order that I may have some truth to speak to people who are in desperate need. My secondary focus is to share that truth and love with people through strength and conviction, constantly reevaluating myself and seeking wisdom from those further along that I am. This ministry has allowed me to become more filled with God’s peace in order to intentionally love people who need it most. My relationships with my family and friends have deepened and I have found many more relationships with the people we serve. This past year was beautiful and I see much more beauty and fruit as I follow God and step into this next season.

My goal is to raise $1200 per month. I am grateful for anyone who would be willing to partner with me in reaching that goal.
